  • How can I migrate my data from another CRM?

We offer a free migration service for all yearly plan paid users. Share your data with our support team, and it will be migrated within a couple of business days.

  • How does email linking to a deal work?

We link all emails from the associated contact. Our team is working on adding the option to link only specific email threads. This feature will be available in 2025.

  • Which integrations does Teamopipe have? 

At the moment, we have a live one-directional integration with Google Sheets, allowing you to send live data from Pipelines. This feature is available for all paid plans. Contact our support team if you would like to set up an integration with Google Sheets.

  • Does Teamopipe have a custom API solution to send my data to 3rd party systems?

We can provide a limited API access for Team plan users. Contact our support team for more details.

  • How can I upgrade to a paid plan?

You can upgrade to a paid plan when you open your Team Settings page  - Manage plan section within the extension. 

  • I need custom roles for my team. How can I set them up?

Teamopipe supports custom roles, but we currently do not have a user interface to set them up. Contact our support team to configure the roles based on your needs.

  • I am lacking some features. 

At Teamopipe, we are constantly adding new features based on user feedback. If you feel there's a feature we can add to improve your experience, please contact our support team.

  • What is the roadmap for adding new features at Teamopipe? 

By the end of 2025, we expect to add the following features:

  • Link a deal to a specific email thread
  • Improvements to the Contacts and Organizations module
  • Introducing a task management functionality
